What does each box have?
Each box has three bottles of wines, information about the chosen region, and information about each wine. We invite you to keep and collect the cards of each wine. On your second purchase, you will receive an additional box so that you can save, in an organized way, all your cards.
If I buy the same region twice, will I receive different wines?
We guarantee that you will always receive different wines with each purchase, even if it's from the same region and the same level. Each purchase is a surprise and an opportunity to learn more.
And if I don’t like the wine that I got?
It's paramount to us that you enjoy your experience. If, by any chance, you don’t like a specific wine we ask that you send us feedback so that on your next purchase we can make you happier since we will know you a little bit better.
How do I know if my box brings white or red wines?
Each box has always different types of wine. It is always a surprise for you to see the way we present to you the region that you chose. However, if you have a preference for one type of wine only, you can always choose it on the selection box.
What’s the difference between Standard, Premium, and Platinum?
It is solely connected to the level of wine that each box has. With the Standard level, you get good wines at a fair price. The other two levels correspond to higher quality wines, older wines, reserves, special editions, etc, that will elevate your experience.
How many bottles of wine can I order per purchase?
You can ask any number of boxes you want. Each box has three bottles of wine, always different.
